HOW DO WE OFFER NAMAZ
Before offering Namaz (Prayer) it is necessary that the body and dress of the Namazi (One who offers Namaz), and the place of worship where Namaz is to be offered is Paak (Pure and clean), and the prescribed time for Namaz has set in. It is makrooh to wear such dress for Namaz, with which one can not go before any other human being. A female worshipper should cover her entire body, including her head, hair and the ears. The lower parts of wrists and ankles should be kept open.
Make ablution, and stand facing the Qibla, as such that you are watching the Almighty Allah, and if you are not, then Allah is watching you. Make Niyat (Intention) in his or her mind for the particular Namaz to be offered. For example : "I intend to offer 2 Rakaat obligatory prayer of Fajir, for the sake of Allah, facing towards Kaaba," and if behind Imam, then say behind Imam.
Men should raise both hands upto the ears with palms facing towards Qibla, the fingers pointing straight upwards, the tips of thumb touching the earlobes and say Allah-o-Akbar to begin Namaz. Fix gaze during Qayam on the spot which will be touched by the head on Sajda. Women should raise their both hands as high as their shoulder, Say Takbir (Allah-o-Akbar), and then put their hands on their breasts, right hand on top of the left. Men will place their hands below the navel, with right hand palm on the back and at the end of the left hand wrist, the center 3 fingers on the wrist with the thumb and small finger forming a ring around the left wrist. Eyes should be kept open during Namaz.
If Namaz is being offered in Jamat (congregation), then the Muqtadi (congregant) will recite Sana, and remain standing (in Qayam) silently and listen the Qirat recited by Imam. The Imam (Who leads the congregational prayer) will recite Qirat aloud in first two Rakat's of Fajir Maghrib and Isha obligatory prayers, and will recite Qirat silently in Zohar and Asir prayers.
A male, if performing Namaz alone, after Sana he will recite Taooz, Tasmia, Surah Fatiha and then at least 3 verses of the holy Quran or one such verse which is equal in length to 3 short verses. During the Qirat, the Surah or verses recited in the second Rakaat's should be coming after to those recited in the first Rakaat, as per sequence of Surah's in the Holy Quran. Same surah's can be recited in both Rakaats, and the Namaz will be valid. A female will recite all the time and everything of her Namaz silently in such a manner that only she herself, is able to hear her voice.
After recitation of Surah, say Takbir (Allah-o-Akbar) and bow down for Ruku. In Ruku grasp the knees with the hands, and keep the fingers separated. The back should be in a straight line so as to form a right angle with the legs. The legs should not bend and the head must be in line with the waist. Women should bend slightly, so that their hands can reach the knees, fingers to be close, and can bend their knees. During Ruku fix gaze on the feet and recite Subhana Rab-bial Azeem, 3, 5 or 7 times. After Ruku by saying Tasmia, the Imam will stand erect and pause for a moment (Termed as Qauma). The Muqtadi will follow the Imam but will recite Tehmeed only. When offering Namaz alone, then Tasmia and Tehmeed both will be recited by the individual.
At Qauma (standing position), say Takbir (Allah-o-Akbar) and go for Sajda. While going to Sajda, the knees should touch the ground first, then the hands, then nose and lastly 1the forehead. During Sajda the fingers must be closed pointing towards Qibla in line with the ears, head must be between the hands, and the toes of both feet touching the ground and bent towards Qibla. There must be sufficient space between the arms and the chest and the legs and the belly so that they do not touch each other but remain separate. A female while making Sajda, she lowers herself, bringing her arms to her sides, while she keeps her abdomen placed over her thighs. During Sajda fix gaze on the nose and recite Subhana Rab-bial Aala, 3, 5 or 7 times.
After performing Sajda, say Takbir (Allah-o-Akbar) and lift forehead first, then nose and lastly the hands, and sit straight back for a moment in Jalsa. When sitting put the left foot on the ground with its toes pointing towards right, and the right foot should be upright with toes touching the ground and bent towards the Qibla. Place your hands on the thighs, and not on the knees with fingers pointing towards the Qibla.. A female will sit in Jalsa and Qaida both with their buttocks on the ground. Their thighs should be close to each other. Their feet should jut out from their right. Pause silent in Jalsa for the duration in which you can recite Subhan Allah, but actually nothing is to be recited during Jalsa. At Jalsa say Takbir, and perform 2nd Sajda just like 1st Sajda. One should fix gaze during Qaida and Jalsa on the lap.

Then stand straight and offer 2nd Rakat just like 1st Rakat with folded hands, but Sana and Taooz will not be recited. Sana and Taooz is recited in 1st Rakat only. After finishing 2nd Rakat and both Sajda's, sit straight back for Qaida in the same way as sat for Jalsa between the two Sajdas. In Jalsa nothing was to be recited, but in Qaida recite Al-Tahiyat and at Ash Hado An La, make ring with the right hand center finger and thumb and at the word La raise right hand index finger and drop it down at the word illa.

If it is 3 or 4 Rakat's prayer then in 1st Qaida after reciting Al-Tahiyat say Takbir and stand straght. Surah Fatiha is recited in every Rakat. After Surah Fatiha, in 1st two Rakat of obligatory prayers, and in every Rakat of Sunnat, Nafil and Witir prayers recite at least 3 verses of the holy Quran, or one such verse, which is equal in length to 3 short verses.

If it is 2 Rakat's prayer then in 1st Qaida, and if 3 or 4 Rakat's prayer then in 2nd Qaida after reciting Al-Tahiyat recite Darood Ibrahimi and then some Masnnon Dua (prayer). To end the Namaz 1st turn your face towards right and then towards left saying Assalm-o-Alaikum wa Rahmat-ul Lah.

NAMAZ WITR
Namaz witr is Wajib. If missed its Qaza has to be offered just like Farz Namaz. Its time starts after Isha obligatory prayer till the dawn in the morning. There are 3 Rakats in Namaz Witr. After 2 Rakats sit for Qaida, and after reciting Al-Tahiyat say Takbir and stand up for 3rd Rakat and recite Surah Fatiha. After Surah Fatiha recite some Surah, and then raise both hands upto the ears saying Takbir (Allah-o-Akbar) and fold your hands below the navel and recite Dua-e-Qunoot silently.
